Res. 83-21: KE ALA KAKOU (HOLUALOA COMMUNITY FOREST)
TMK 76-004-003 Land Area (Acreage): 2.488 acres
I want to thank you for your consideration in the acquisition for Ke Ala Kakou (Holualoa Community
Forest).
I am in support of the county acquiring this parcel in order to benefit the quaint village of Holualoa and it's
surrounding neighbors. My children attend Holualoa Elementary School and I have always been very
involved with the school. Safety has always been one of the biggest concerns at the school. It would also
be wonderful to see this saved as green space and provide learning opportunities for the children of
Holualoa.
