(TMK 76-004-003). This property seems a perfect candidate for the PONC Fund for Public Access and Open Space. As you can see, this small property (2.48 acres) is in the heart of Holualoa, the historic village that overlooks the Kona Coast. The proximity of the parcel also lends itself well to the potential benefit of I-Iolualoa Elementary School and the Imin Community Center. There are rare opportunities for open spaces in this beautiful and historic town. County acquisition would preserve this space for the benefit of not only residents and visitors but future generations as well. Mahalo for your consideration, Pam Parker ,45 • Comm. No 1Wit L1 Ref.
