Subject: Holualoa Community Forest
To Whom it May Concern,
l-lolualoa is one of the cultural jewels of the Island, it gifts locals and visitors with its history, community spirit, creativity, education
efforts, village atmosphere- it never fails to inspire and amuse.
But the village is suffering from two serious threats: of severe damage from flooding, and of suffocation from a lack of breathing room
and space away from Malalahoa Highway.
The Land Area Ke Ala Kakou(Holualoa Community Forest)TMK 76-004-003
would allow Holualoa to mitigate the flood danger, and hugely improve the quality of the community, especially for children and For
elders.
