Aloha,
To whom it may concern. My name is Wai`ala Ahn and im writting to submit
testimony in favor of financing/purchasing MAGIC SANDS OF LA'ALOA using the
public open space funds to protect and preserve this vital location for present and
future generations. Thank you for your time and consideration on such an
important matter.

TMK 7-7-004:063 Land Area (Acreage): 8.814 acres
*Directly mauka of Pahoehoe Beach Park. This would enlarge the park. Due to climate
change and sea levels rising it is good to ensure we have a park in the future. We need
green open space with trees to mitigate water ways to foster a health eco system, not 50
condo units (which was a previous plan for this parcel).This land also has many archeological
structures and burials to preserve and to protect.
