Thank you for considering the PONC purchase of the La'aloa (Magic Sands) property in Kona. It has over 23 cultural historic features,
a canoe landing,was important to Kamehameha and other ali'i, and would significantly add to the recreational open space of
Pahoehoe Beach Park,adjacent to the property.
