SUBJECT: Bill No. 32, Draft 2
Attached is Bill No. 32, Draft 2. On May 19, 2021, Bill No. 32 was amended with the contents of
Communication 218.2 and with an additional verbal floor amendment to strike the word
"unlikely" in the first sentence of Condition K.
The Council suspended Rule No. 14-3(e) which requires floor amendments to a Bill be submitted
as a written copy and distributed.
