Bill No. 21, as amended to Draft 2 with the Mayor's amended <br /> budget and then further amended to Draft 3 with the contents of Communication Nos. 103.16 <br /> and 103.19, was duly approved by the Council on May 20, 2021, at the Special Meeting of the <br /> Council. <br /> The Operating Budget has increased by $315,000 for a net revenue and appropriation of <br /> $609,421,511.
