Re: Resolution for multi-year leases
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds for more than one fiscal year,
for multi-year lease agreements for two copy machines for the Department of Parks and
Recreation, Elderly Activities Division, Coordinated Service Section. The current
copiers are over five years old and are in need of constant repairs. The monthly cost will
be approximately $205.00 for the two copiers.
