COWNTY OF HAWAPI STATE OF HAWAFI <br />RESOLUTION NO. ISO 21 <br />ff W <br />WHEREAS, there are many improvements that need to be implemented in existing <br />parks, gyms, pools, and playgrounds as well as a need for new park facilities in Council <br />District 9; and <br />WHEREAS, these improvements include, but are not limited to, fencing, gates, facility <br />renovations, bleachers, and other necessary and appropriate improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, development of new park facilities may include, but is not limited to, <br />planning and design, environmental assessments, and construction; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br />Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to the Department of <br />Parks and Recreation for improvements at existing parks, gyms, pools, playgrounds, and the <br />development of new park facilities in Council District 9. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br />transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $10,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk -Council SVC — Contingency Relief <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation <br />Trans to Cap Prcj Fund -G <br />341 Misc.
