Aloha,
I am writing to request that the County acquire Res.81-21: MAGIC SANDS OF LA'ALOA TMK 7-7-004:063 or the public good and not

for development. Instead of new development that will likely end up housing vacation rentals or housing that is not affordable to
residents—I believe this land would best serve Native Hawaiians and the Kona Community if it was kept undeveloped and held as
protected cultural land.
