I would like to testify in support of Res 83-21 for the acquisition of the parcel for the Ke Ala Kakou I-Iolualoa
Community Forest. I believe that this parcel is important for the ecosystem services values as a riparian area to be
preserved from development and will provide significant value to the community as a mauka open space.
