Subject: Protect Ke Ala Kakou from Development
Aloha,
I am writing to request that the County acquire Res. 83-21: KE ALA KAKOU (HOLUALOA COMMUNITY FOREST)TMK 76-004-003 or
the public good and not for development. Instead of new development that will likely end up housing vacation rentals or housing
that is not affordable to residents—I believe this land would best serve Native Hawaiians and the Kona Community if it was kept
undeveloped and held as protected cultural land.
