Dear Council Members,
I am writing in support of County's purchase of the Ke Ala Kakou (Holualoa Community Forest) for the preservation
of much needed open and green space in the historic town of Holualoa.
The Forest would support a safe walking path and open green space which is desperately needed in our
community. Development of a path in the Forest will not only provide a gathering place for locals, but could
be a destination for visitors and tourist, bringing economic benefits to Holualoa businesses. I
