Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing to you to object to the changing of our open zoned spaces from open to
agriculture/residential.
When I purchased my lot it was my understanding that the area was designated as park sites and
that there would be no development. It was my understanding that there was an agreement
between the developer of Nanawale Corporation and the County that the surrounding land would
remain parkland open zoned.
I am deeply distressed that consideration is being given to a change of zoning as it will seriously
adversely affect my investment.
I urge you to oppose pr osed re-zoning.
