What mitigation measures are planned for sea level rise? i

Should the applicant contribute in some manner to affordable housing, since that condition is being removed?

How will non-car transportation be supported: buses, bicycles, skateboards, motorized and non-motorized wheelchairs,jogging,
and walking? Examples: a bus stop area, wide sidewalks with ramps, and traffic calming measures.
