Aloha County Council -
I'm Cindy Freitas and I'm in favor of Communication 103.18 amending the 2021-2022 Operating
budget by transferring funds from the Department of Research Development for the following reasons;
1. Fire Department for fire station equipment that is indeed need to service our community.
2. Department of Parks and Recreation for maintaining the amount of parks in our community that is
in disrepair for a long time and or not usable areas that's been sitting for a long time.
3. County Council for contingency relief fund for provision for an unforeseen event or circumstance
which is also needed in the community.
Therefore,this Operating budget should be well use in our community.
