I am writing in hopes you can consider the Budget,
Kuakini Highway, between Lako and Kam III.

Widening would be ideal!
But, for immediate consideration is all about the Safety of the Public.
There's no shoulder to pull off the road, and no bright street lights!!
One night driving late at night heading North, it Poured Heavy Rain.
I had difficulty seeing the Lines on the road, the glare of the oncoming traffic did not help.
There were no cars in front of me, so there was no guidance.
It was Super Dangerous and Scary.
So, I wrote to public works, and got no response.
We need Reflectors on the road and Bright traffic Lights.
