The $80,000,000 will be paid back by 200,000 people over a number of
years. This spreads out the debt into little bites ... morditas, as they call them i t 4"
Mexico. Nobody will know the difference.
Anybody who knows the difference between fecal matter and shoe polish
will see that there is something rotten in Hilo. Councilmembers must stop the
bleeding. Then the private contractors will leave our island. Vampires always
seek fresh blood.
