1 am Sandra Demoruelle in Naalehu and, once again, I am commenting on Bill 22 —
the 2021-22 CIP Budget.
In Bill 22, Draft 2, Council is giving another $31,528,0001 to outside consultants
especially Brown and Caldwell - which is ANOTHER $130,000 per home on the Ka'u ACCs.

So for one last time, I am asking County Council NOT to waste this $31,528,000 by
paying more tax dollars to the same outside contractors to overdesign two rural wastewater
plants.
