N ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 21-38,AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI'I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 3 , 2022.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 21-38, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in
the following amount(s)to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is hereby appropriated to the

SECTION 3. A final report, or the final report required by the grantor, shall be submitted to Council upon completion of
