I am writing I support of Resolution 145-21. Mahukona is an extremely important social and cultural wahi pana o Kohala, critical to
our historic past. It has been an important shipping and transportation hub before and during the sugar era in Kohala and continues
to be a gathering place for our community.Access needs to be preserved for future generations to provide a necessary link to our
past.
