Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. § 92-5(a)(4), we request attorney-client
confidential discussion, in executive session, to consult with the County Council on
questions and issues pertaining to itspowers, duties, privileges, immunities, and
liabilities regarding the above-referenced matter, including a discussion regarding a
litigation Stephen M. Tannenbaum, Esq. filed on behalf of his client, Fig Island
Scrap Metal, LLC.
We ask that this case be placed on the Council's July 21, 2021 agenda.
