SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 8)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to Kona Coffee Festival to assist with expenses related to its
501h Kona Coffee Cultural Festival in 2021.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$2,500 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
