I'd like to give a testimony for Res 147-21 on behalf of North Kohala Community Resource Center. My name is
Ross Pagat and I work for Partners in Development Foundation. I've worked closely with the NKCRC center to
coordinate efforts to provide for the needs of the community.They are truly an organization that wants to see
sustainability in Kohala. By providing trainings they are helping these projects to learn, grow and be
sustainable while providing a service to the Kohala community. I ask that you would support the Kohala
Community Resource Center with funding to continue their efforts in building a resilient Kohala.
