To Whom It May Concern:
I'd like to give a testimony for Res 148-21 on behalf of North Kohala Community Resource Center. My name is
Ross Pagat and I work for Partners in Development Foundation. I am a community school manager that works
with the Kohala school complex to seek out the needs of the staff, students and their families. I've worked
closely with the NKCRC center to coordinate efforts to provide for the food needs of the Kohala community.
With the help of NKCRC I was able to organize with them and other community partners to provide food
distributions for families during the pandemic.NKCRC having different projects they support is able to connect
with important and valuable resources to have these food distributions. I'd like to see this effort continue and
ask that you support NKCRC.
