As a Hawaii Island community member and a professional in the field <br /> of cultural resource management with more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Clark is excited to <br /> participate in equitable practices of community-based cultural heritage management. <br /> The Cultural Resources Commission requires specific representation from professionals with <br /> special interest in archaeology to be able to assist Federal, State and County governmental <br /> agencies in carrying out historic preservation responsibilities. Mr. Clark holds a B.A. in <br /> Anthropology and earned his master's degree in Heritage Management from the University of <br /> Hawaii at Hilo in 2017. He currently works at ASM Affiliates as a Consulting Archaeologist <br /> permitted by the State Historic Preservation Division in the State of Hawaii. <br /> Mr. Clark is an energetic volunteer in the community as a soccer coach-AYSO and HYSA, a <br /> member of the Society of Hawaiian Archaeology and avid supporter of The Nature Conservancy <br /> of Hawaii.
