XGNQMWI��A MW <br />KESOLUTION NO. 164 <br />• • • • • 1 • - <br />r • , •, . r - , . • - <br />accordance with Article X, Section 10-11 of the Hawaii County Charter, <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into a multi-year agreement for Nutanix hardware <br />and software for the Department of Information Technology; and <br />WHEREAS, the recitals to Resolution 16-20 made reference to a three (3) <br />year agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the actual term of the agreement is to be for five (5) years; and <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Information Technology requests that all <br />references in Resolution 16-20 to indicate a three (3) year agreement be changed <br />to reflect a five (5) year agreement; now, therefore <br />BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution 16-20 be, and hereby is, amended to <br />change all references of a three (3) year agreement to reflect instead, a five (5) <br />year agreement. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk of the County of Hawaii <br />shall transmit copies of this resolution to the Office of the Mayor, the Finance <br />Department and the Department of Information Technology. <br />
