accordance with Article X, Section 10-11 of the Hawaii County Charter,
authorizing the Mayor to enter into a multi-year agreement for Nutanix hardware
and software for the Department of Information Technology; and
WHEREAS, the recitals to Resolution 16-20 made reference to a three (3)
year agreement; and
WHEREAS, the actual term of the agreement is to be for five (5) years; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Information Technology requests that all
references in Resolution 16-20 to indicate a three (3) year agreement be changed
to reflect a five (5) year agreement; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution 16-20 be, and hereby is, amended to
change all references of a three (3) year agreement to reflect instead, a five (5)
year agreement.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk of the County of Hawaii
shall transmit copies of this resolution to the Office of the Mayor, the Finance
Department and the Department of Information Technology.
