RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION 16-20 AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A LATER FISCAL YEAR FOR A MULTI-YEAR AGREEMENT FOR NUTANIX HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE
WHEREAS, Resolution 16-20, adopted on December 23, 2020, in accordance with Article X, Section 10-11 of the Hawai‘i County Charter, authorizing the Mayor to enter into a multi-year agreement
for Nutanix hardware and software for the Department of Information Technology; and
WHEREAS, the recitals to Resolution 16-20 made reference to a three (3) year agreement; and
WHEREAS, the actual term of the agreement is to be for five (5) years; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Information Technology requests that all references in Resolution 16-20 to indicate a three (3) year agreement be changed to reflect a five (5) year agreement;
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution 16-20 be, and hereby is, amended to change all references of a three (3) year agreement to reflect instead, a five (5) year agreement.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk of the County of Hawai‘i shall transmit copies of this resolution to the Office of the Mayor, the Finance Department and the Department of
Information Technology.
