RE: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO ENTER INTO
NEGOTIATIONS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF WAI`ELE IN THE DISTRICT OF
PUNA
Please find attached a resolution authorizing the Finance Director to enter into negotiations for
the acquisition of Wai`ele in the District of Puna using the Public Access, Open Space, and
Natural Resources Preservation Fund.
I request this resolution be placed on the next appropriate committee agenda.
