Re: Acceptance of Donation
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing donations of commodities not covered by the
Department of Finance's capitalization procedures and within the current fiscal year
(FY 2022),to be deemed accepted by the Hawaii County Council, on behalf of the
County of Hawaii, upon receipt by the County, provided that at the end of each fiscal
year a report of the donations received is submitted to the Council by the Finance
Director.
