It is our goal to collaborate with stakeholders and to obtain <br /> meaningful feedback. <br /> We are asking the executive and legislative branches respectively to support us by <br /> administering this forthcoming assessment to all county departments and divisions and <br /> encourage participation in, and turnaround of, the survey within 10 business days to better <br /> assist us in compiling an accurate risk-based spectrum of prospective engagements. The <br /> survey will allow us to better understand the risks, resources and needs of departments, as <br /> well as challenge the departments and divisions to think critically about their operations <br /> while responding to multiple choice, scalar value, and open-ended questions. <br /> The survey is approximately 70 questions in length covering four distinct risk categories and <br /> is estimated to take between 35 and 45 minutes. We plan on sending a hyperlink to push <br /> respondents to the website surveymonke y.corn where departments and divisions can <br /> complete the survey at their leisure. <br /> We respectfully request that a breach be authorized to submit this communication after the <br /> July 16, 2021, submission deadline and be placed on the August 3, 2021, Finance <br /> Committee agenda for a brief presentation.
