Committee Chair Matt Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder asked Ms. Kunz if the program ties in with the
upcoming lifting of the State's eviction moratorium. Ms. Kunz answered that there are several
other programs to directly address that issue and that the housing voucher does not cross over.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 54, and
recommends its passage on first reading.
