SUBJECT: Resolution for the Hawaii County Council
Hualalai II Low-Income Housing Project
The Hawaii County Housing Agency (HCHA) considered a request to
authorize the County of Hawaii to exempt certain zoning code
requirements.
The HCHA reviewed and approved the resolution at its meeting of
September 21, 1999. The vote was unanimous. Accordingly, I am
requesting that this resolution be included on the Council agenda
for action at its October 14,1999, meeting.
