Subject: ANIMAL CONTROL CONTRACT
Aloha all,
I understand why the contract from HRR was pulled, however this is not right for them to only have until today at
5pm to move everything out. You guys are showing that it's not about the animals. Do you not care about their well
being? Why should they get euthanized? I can speak from experience. i know hawaii rainbow rangers is not perfect.
But these animals do not deserve to be euthanized because of this big ordeal that is happening. I used to work at
hawaii rainbow rangers and i quit. However, every single day i think of these animals and try to think of a way to
make things better. These animals have feelings, they are homeless they have no where to go but the shelter when no
one will take them. If they are healthy why are we gonna euthanize and animal? This is very unprofessional and
unacceptable. Something needs to be done and it needs to be done by someone who actually cares about these
LIVING beings. imagine your dog ending up in a shelter and it getting euthanized before you are able to get it? how
would that make you all feel? Animals are family. Please consider extending the time they need to be out for the
ANIMALS SAKE. Nor for mary rose or any of the workers. please do it for the animals. This hurts my heart so
deeply. Yes mary rose misused funds but she did it for the animals. Everything mary rose does is for the animals.
Please think about the animals LIVING beings. WITH feelings. Do they really deserve this? There are so many things
that have been done the wrong way however, every single one of the staff members that works there or worked there
care so deeply about these animals. I quit because it was too sad and i felt animals with medical conditions that are
not cureable should be euthanized. please extend how long they have to move out before killing all of these animals
that should not be put down. I really appreciate your time. I know you have it in your hearts to do the right thing. Do
it for the animals not the people involved with the animals. I'm sorry for the rant. i hope you take this in to
consideration.
