Aloha Mayor Mitch Roth and Honorable Council Members,
From now on my voice will roar and thunder!
An Illegal Overthrow-Again?!
Council Members, you were duped at least once.
My name is Mary Rose Krijgsman - President of Rainbow Friends
Animal Sanctuary dba Hawaii Rainbow Rangers and I was
duped at least 5 times:
You were duped by not having the chance to entertain 'due
process' which is a process installed by law.
I was duped first by some members of the animal welfare/
rescue community.
I was duped the 2nd time by the embed member of Best
Friends Animal Society who allegedly came to help me with
the process of setting up Animal Control Services for the
County of Hawaii. Best Friends sent me a Computer Geek.
He paid only lip service to the animal plight and he blocked
nor encouraged any of our suggested implementations
of life saving programs. I fired this gentleman June 4, 2021.
I was duped the 3rd and 4th time by forces about which
I am not going to talk at present. 0`,

Executive Branch of the Political Body of the County of
Hawaii, the upper echelon of the Hawaii Police Department
and former employees of the Hawaii Island Humane Society.
These humans were friends from prosecutor days.They
worked closely together for years.
How long did this plan to a 'coup'to get rid of me go on?
Since before I fired Mr. N. Lippincott of Best Friends or
since after 6.4.21?
The executive branch of the political body and the upper
echelon of the HPD circumvented and went around the
Hawaii Island County Council so that no oversight nor
any substantive due process for RFAS/ HRR was granted.
RFAS/ HRR was never given a chance to properly explain
a transition or work with the County for a path forward.
There was no date set for real discussions, only criticisms.
The social media outcry was believed and we nor the
Hawaii County Council were granted an in-depth hearing
to get to the truth and explain a very viable path forward.
A thorough investigation will ensue. My voice will roar
and thunder from now on.
And now I would like for all of you to bow your head and
place your hands on your heart and pay tribute to the spirit of
Dr. Trevor Rodrigues of Aloha Veterinary Center. He passed
on a few weeks ago while cutting a tree. He is a true friend
and he was my main veterinarian for over 30 years. He will
be missed. I stood by him through 2 burn-outs and he stood
by me during a temporary financial difficulty and helped my
animals anyway. My love to him,to his family and to all
members of Aloha Veterinary Center. Please Dr. R. when you
see Papie, give her a hug from me.
