Subject: RE Communication 301 HRR animal control
Aloha council members,
It's come to my attention that there have been some errors and hiccups related to Hawaii Rainbow Rangers. Because of that, I ask
that the county conduct a full review of the animal control process and the cancellation of the HRR's contract.
Until that review is done,there is no way that taxpayers can know if HRR has received fair treatment and if our money has been
spent wisely and fairly.
Mahalo for helping to insure that HRR and others who may come after them are treated fairly and that our homeless critters are well
taken care of.
