Subject: Animal control and animal safety
We are very concerned with the way the contract for animal services has been revoked and then expected all the animals to be
safely rehomed or sheltered in a very short amount of time. Killing these animals is completely unacceptable"!""" We and our
family have adopted dogs from these shelters, all these animals deserve a safe home.
Please allow them time to find safe havens for all the animals in their care. An effective animal recue and shelter system for our
island is a must. We need to continue to do all possible for these helpless and defensless animals.
