We arrived at 1pm and left at 5pm during the interim of that time period we witnessed friendly workers who took pride in their jobs taking the dogs out for exercise and interactive time. Before we begun our work in the cattery we walked through all the dog kennels and saw that each and every kennel was clean and each dog had fresh water and food. We proceeded to help move around the cat room to allow more space. The cat's had fresh water and food that was obviously provided from the morning shift. Their litter boxes were cleaned and the room was swept and immaculate to allow for potential adopters to choose their forever best friend. • The extraordinary accomplishments of HRR to have achieved a 97% no kill has been a huge feat and it's what the community has been pleading for all along. I cannot fathom how they were only given a year and half the budget HIHS got and still achieved far greater results. Please use wisdom and sound judgment regarding this matter. A few staged pictures cannot been the deciding factor on all the wonderful breakthroughs that have taken place for our four legged friends. We must be their voice. Another tremendous achievement has been all the spay and neuter clinics that are VITAL to control the population without this crucial service the work done will be in vain. I plead with each and every member to look at the overall achievements of HRR. Yours sincerely, Mignon Phitides Sent from my Galaxy Comm. N . ?X II " Ref. To: VIRSCJ 1 Ref. Date JUL6 2021
