Subject: HRR and County Confiscation of Animal Shelters
I fully understand that the County has terminated their contract with HRR. BUT more time has to be
given to relocate the animals in all of these shelters. I'm sure a lot of you have pets of your own. In this day
and age when human compassion is grossly lacking, please be humane about this action and give people
the opportunity to relocate/rehome these animals. For those of you whom I've helped elect into office,
including you- Mr. Mayor, this is not the kind of character that I condone. I strongly request that this
issue be re-examined and more time allotted to these shelters.
