AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 21-38, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWATI FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2022.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI'I:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 21-38, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in
the following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

152.33 10.17 Federal — Hawai`i Island Landlord/Tenant Mediation Grant General $ 600,000
Total $ 600,000
SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is hereby appropriated to the
following fund(s) and expenditure account(s) as set forth herein below:

SECTION 3. A final report, or the final report required by the grantor, shall be submitted to Council upon completion of
the grant program(s).
