Subject: The Big Island County of Hawaii Council, Session 18th, Wednesday, July 07, 2021, Hilo
In the Mame of the Lord Almighty, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Happy New Day, members of the Big Island of Hawaii County Council
I am Abolghassem Abraham Sadegh the Founder of the Universal Realm of the Lord Almighty
based on the principles that, "Believing in God is optional; Believing in humanity is not," thus embracing the
whole of our species.
Each one of us across the globe should Be the Savior by:
Fighting injustice; helping oneself and others and doing no harm.
Today, July 7, 2021, my written testimony is in reference to the phrase, "Landlord/Tenant," in the Bill 50.
Words are the building blocks of our lives and therefore significant in their application and the word,
"Landlord," referring to a real estate property consciously or unconsciously implies power and superiority
inherited from centuries ago when such a title could mean the power of life and death over those subject
to the control of the so called, "Landlord." In real time the so called, Landlord, has total control over his
tenants.
During more than a decade on the Big Island out of the nearly four decades in the United States since
1960, 1 have been profiled and persecuted incessantly by the Police Department for my Faith.
My situation became worse since September of 2016 when I moved to my present apartment at 66 Puueo
Street #6 under the Federal Section-8 Housing at 66 Puueo Street, apartment 6.
I am the Founder of a Faith, and I am subjected to the # 666 referring to the Satan.
By the way, where I am is the 12th place I have been manipulated to live in including nearly a year and half
of imposed homelessness.
During my first two years here, I had a tool of the Police Department and the Hank Correa Realty by the
name John living in apartment 7 next to mine. This truly mentally challenged instrument of injustice treated
Comm.No.

my apartment not as my castle but as if an open garage in violation of every aspect of our Bill of Rights. He
also shouted profanities in presence of others and once told me, "You are going to die."
Then on Sunday, October 1, 2017, Tribune-Herald published the "Public Sex Offender Registry List for
Hawaii Island"
and number 83 on the list was John K. Nabarro at 66 Puueo.
I decided to create a flier about him based on the Tribune-Herald information and posted it on the door of
my apartment.
I recall Hank Correa stopping by almost immediately and threatening me with eviction say that if I do not
remove the flier,
I will be evicted. Two years of my living in hell did not seem to bother him. Power of the Landlord!
I know that my being evicted has been one of the many strategies of the Police Department in cooperation
with the
Hand Correa Realty. This I had to tolerate. The last thing I need is to be evicted from a Federal Program that
would
remain on my records permanently and also leaving has not been an option because this is the most
sadistic law enforcement
Police Department I have experienced having lived in six countries and numerous cities. Fighting far justice
is
at the foundation of my Faith. I should add that I had never have had access to any kind of legal help either
in private
or the public realm. I my limited Social Security Pension makes the latter impossible.
The Police Department has been worse than the two dictatorships I experienced firsthand in my native
country of Persia/Iran:
the Shah's and the present theocracy which reminds me of the, "I cannot breath," horror here.
By the way, John K. Nabarro was evicted after two years and another "Registered Sex Offender,"
using the name Floyd C. Sale, a Hawaiian, number 108 on the list who lived in apartment # 26 replaced
Nabarro.
He is also given the job of the janitor and is related to and elderly customer living in apartment four who
unofficially acts as a
resident manager.

In conclusion, I recommend using equalizing terminologies such as the, "the property owner," and "the
customer,"
in conjunction with the County and HUD rather than landlord and tenant.
I should add that Hank Correa Realty does not honor its own responsibilities as in case of the following:
• According to the Realty's residential requirements, this apartment should have been waxed
before my moving
here. It never has.
• Also, there is a problem of noise emitted from back the freezer. There might be a mouse trapped
in there.
Several months have passed and nothing has been done.
• There is a strip of material on the ground section of the entrance door that has been broken
since before
I came here. This blocks the space between the ground and the door preventing various
creatures from
coming to the apartment. This broken piece needs to be replaced.
• Finally, again from the beginning, many of the gadgets that control the opening and closing of
the glass that blinds in the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom are difficult to use and
need to be replaced.
Sincerely,
Abolghassem Abraham Sadegh
