Re: Resolution for multi-year lease
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds for more than one fiscal year,
for a multi-year lease agreement for a copy machine for the Department of Finance. The
copier is to be used by the Purchasing, Property Management and Risk Management
divisions' staff in Hilo. The lease for the current copier has expired and the department
wishes to enter into a new lease agreement at a monthly cost of approximately $260.
