These funds will be used by the <br /> Office of Housing and Community Development(OHCD)to implement a homeowner <br /> assistance fund program to eligible households that are financially impacted by the <br /> coronavirus pandemic. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to enter into an agreement to accept these funds. Also enclosed <br /> is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this <br /> $9,500,000 grant. The OHCD respectfully requests that this resolution and bill be waived <br /> from the Finance Committee,to be placed on the August 18, 2021 Council agenda in <br /> order to expedite the receipt of these funds.
