Your Committee on Public Works and Mass Transit, to which was referred Resolution No. 171-21,
reports as follows:
Resolution No. 171-21, introduced by Committee Chair Susan L.K. Lee Loy at the request of the
Administration, and transmitted via Communication No. 335, dated July 12, 2021, by Deputy
Corporation Counsel Dalilah E. Schlueter, authorizes accepting the dedication of Roadway Lot A from
Trevor L. Rodrigues.
The subject parcel, (3)2-2-050:043, is situated at Waiakea, District of South Hilo, as described in
Exhibit A and delineated in Exhibit B.
Deputy Corporation Counsel Dalilah Schlueter explained this resolution allows the County to accept the
dedication of Roadway Lot A and reviewed all of the attachments.
Your Committee on Public Works and Mass Transit is in accord with the purpose and intent of
Resolution No. 171-21, and recommends its adoption.
