Please help us,the People of Kau, of Hawaii,to preserve Kiolakaa for our grandchildren' children to experience,to use and
enjoy the beautiful unspoiled portion of the Kau Coast, of Kiolakaa Bay that the community called Kaalualu.
Generations of local families have been enriched by the spiritual and cultural connection to the beaches of the Kau Coast,
including Kiolakaa Bay.
In the recent week, two Billionaires have spent billions to travel to outer space. Yesterday someone purchased a passenger
ticket for 28 million dollars for the next space flight.
To the people of Kau, of Hawaii,these monies expended are an obscenity compared to our life-style of daily subsistence, of
practicing gathering rights from the ocean,to bask in the wealth of unspoiled beaches,to enjoy Hawaii. This is our enrichment,
to have communion with the Mana of the Kau Coast, of Kiolakaa,to be enjoyed by the People. We may not have much, but
we have the undeveloped Kau Coast. This is the Hawaii that we desire and long for.
Please help us preserve Kiolakaa,for our children, and their children.
