SUBJECT: Resolution No. 170-21, Draft 2; A Resolution Authorizing the Director of
Finance to Enter Into Negotiations for the Acquisition of Wai`ele In the District
of Puna, Utilizing the Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources
Preservation Fund.
Attached is Resolution No. 170-21, Draft 2. Resolution No. 170-21 was amended with the
contents of Communication No. 333.2 and then forwarded to Council with a favorable
recommendation by the Committee on Finance on August 3, 2021.
