Re: Proposed Amendments to Resolution 189-21, Resolution authorizing the payment of
funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one fiscal year for a multi-year agreement
with the State of Hawaii Employees' Retirement System (ERS)
Please see below, the proposed amendment to Resolution No. 189-21, correcting the
length of time indicated in the first WHERAS clause. The proposed amendments are
shown in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 189-21,
material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken through, material to be added is
underscored.
The first WHEREAS clause is amended to read as follows:
"WHEREAS,the Department of Finance wishes to enter into a multi-year
agreement for [three (3)] six 6 years with the State of Hawaii Employees' Retirement
System (ERS); and"
A draft copy of proposed Resolution No. 189-21, Draft 2, has been intentionally omitted
due to the limited scope of this amendment. If there are any questions, please do not
