How can we be sure that the Big Island Police Department will act honorably when a County Police
Officer, Jose Miranda, was convicted of 9 counts of Class A felonies promoting a dangerous drug by

the
3rd Circuit Court Grand in December of 2017.
In January of 2021, however, all charges against Jose Miranda were dropped.
How can we trust a Police Department whose officers issue 100% fictitious reports in my case: Report

for
the possibility of my being a threat to our highest officials, the President, past Presidents ...
I contacted the Secret Service and sent a five page letter explaining the absurdity of the charge.

using my computer to send an email to the Police Department on 12-11-12 accusing me of, "The
possible
declaration of war on Hilo and understanding Why people Shoot others."
I have, by the way, never committed a crime. I have come in contact with every branch of the county
government
during more than a decade on the Big Island as the result of twice exercising civil disobedience in the
faceorrrr�.

premeditated injustice. I am being incessantly profiled and persecuted by the Police Department for my
Faith.
Going back to JoseMiranda's case, we have almost a daily list about,
"Citizens arrested and charged" published in
Tribune-Herald. Citizens arrested and charged does not mean guilty. This as
well as fictitious and falsified reports
are nothing but fear mongering. The public has the right to know what is truly
going on in our government.
The Police Department claiming, "Integrity, Professionalism, and
Compassion," as its Core Values is the
greatest insult to everyone
In the Sunday, July 18, 2021 edition of the Tribune-Herald there list covering
a full length double column including
48 names of which 14 or include the most abused phrase in our language. T

To me, "contempt of the court," means repudiation of more than two centuries
of our blessed jurisprudence.
I would rather die than repudiate what has kept our nation a symbol of
democracy.
Contempt for the judge should replace contempt of the court.
I have experienced such judges in our courts.
My characterization of the Police Department based on my more that a decade of firsthand experiences
without malice is as follows:
Lying, sadistic, oppressive, physically and psychologically torturing, fear
mongering, provoking, framing, manipulating, conspiratorial,
and
deliberately misleading individuals and institutions ( including
medical

establishments such as the Hilo Medical Center and Hale Anuenue across
from HMC where I was sent to recuperating after a stroke in September of 2019 ) j
in both the public and private sectors and at every level of the County and
beyond. This Police Department says and does anything to influence
