To Chair Person Maile Medeiros David and all Council Members,
We definitely support R 166-21 as we are assuming members of the public have been swimming and interacting to
close to dolphins resulting in hazardous situations. If in your discussions our assumptions are correct we then do
support R 166-21 for the protection of these mammals and the public. Thank you to Ms. David for bringing these
matters forth.
We do support Bill 56 in the manner of helping folks needing assistance. Good thoughts and good actions
here. Again thank you to Ms David for introducing Bill 56.
We also do support Bill 48 in the much needed financial assistance to our County of Hawaii Parks for the recreation
and relaxation of our residents and our visitors to The Big Island of Hawaii.
The rejuvenating aspect of our beautiful ocean is felt by all environmental lovers. Thank you to Mr Kaneali'i-
Kleinfelder for introducing Bill 48. Again we are in the spirit of appreciation of our Beautiful Mauka and
Makai areas. Malama Aina.
